Met our needs

After having a horrible experience at a storage facility in Barnegat, I drove down to your location and met Colleen. She was very helpful and put me on a waiting list for a unit. She kept in touch with me over the course of a week, letting me she was going to contact me when a unit became available. When the unit I requested became available, she contacted me and said she would hold it until I could return in a few days. That morning, before I headed down, I received a call from Vicki who informed me a larger unit also became available and that she would hold it for me until my arrival. When I arrived, I met both Vicki and Colleen. Colleen showed me the two units and I went with the larger one. The paperwork was ( all done on the computer) was easy and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend contacting West Creek Storage before others in the area as the customer service that both Colleen and Vicki provided was stellar!! Sincerely, Lyman

Colleen Williams was fantastic! We called on October 18, 2021 and she told us she didn’t have anything at the moment but might very soon. She put us on the waiting list and on October 21, 2021 we received an email that a unit was available. The process was simple and she was wonderful to work with! I highly recommend West Creek Self Storage!
