Chairs had broken arm rests missing padding and room was very small. Men's restroom floors and toilet were really dirty.Scratches on side and on hood. Vehicle was not clean. Was told to come back Monday for wash but they were not able to wash it after 2 hours when I went there on Monday.After reading reviews on West Loop and what I experienced, I feel West Loop can definitely improve on their customer service. I really wish I had read these reviews BEFORE even going there. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still have not had my vehicle wash, my front windows tinted, and my $50 gift card for test driving. I hope Mitsubishi will make all of this right, as I doubt West Loop will any time soon.I was told monthly payments would be no more than $630 -$640, but paperwork said $704.Bryan did a good job, sales manager Jason quoted false monthly payments to move forward with sale. Communication and follow up seem to be non-existent at West Loop.

Service adv did not even gave me an estimate time. I had to ask if they would notify me and I had to confirm he had my phone numberHe hardly talked to me. The only words he said was...yes yes yes and that's because I had to ask him questionsI had to go back to check on my car since no one called me. When i got there I noticed my var was already parked outside the service garageTraining for service advisors. I had asked him to give me an estimate on a rear mirror repair/broken part. He never did! When I picked up my car they had already fix the part.
