Keep the current service advisor at all cost. He is an excellent representative of what your company stands for. He listens and delivers the customers needs.The service advisor was awesome in customer service. He listened to all issues that that i had the vehicle. For example, I purchased the car last July and i was still waiting for a part since then. I received no updates from the previous service advisor who is no longer working there.

The service technician came in and explained what He did and asked for any questions about the service and thanks for bringing them to the shop, the Lady at the check out very courteous and respectful and assisted with any questions for the service, Thanks 👍Service technician welcome us at service area, ask for what we are there,we explain the reason and what we need to be done with the vehicle, He hears with very good attitude and attention to our requests and from there He takes care from that point,big difference than with the other guy before.
