Omar and I would like to thank the Mitsubishi Team for all of their support, but specially our sales rep, Jonathan Hamilton, he was splendid, from moment one, Jonathan listened to our situation and concerns, he made us feel like he was putting himself in our shoes and presented different options until we found the one that matched our needs, completely different from other places we visited for a trade in option, he was definitely a keystone on making our business with Mitsubishi West Loop in San Antonio a done deal!Jonathan our sales rep was excellent!!!

NextReally would’ve had no issues. If just given us a loaner and then communicated with us. The biggest anger and frustration was absolute 0 communication we had to keep reaching out.NextThere’s no choice for clicking anything about warranty.A loaner vehicle would have greatly helped, especially since they kept our vehicle over three weeks with different reasons about the part was delayed, The part came in damaged, so we just didn’t have a vehicle for almost a month.

Would recommend brochures for new vehicles in the waiting room, so customers can see what newer models are available while they wait. I was going to walk to the showroom to see, but I did not want to leave in case my vehicle's service was completed.I was waiting on a part that was included in a manufacturer's recall. They called once the part came in. I did not have to continually check on the status.

Waiting room much improved since renovation.... comfortable chairs ... looks great .... tv still on sports news, but I guess that is a guy thing. I usually just read anyway. Great that Andy is back as service advisor. He's the best! Thanks much.

I didn't actually spend a lot of time in the waiting area. I was greeted in the drop-off drive space and only entered to wait for my partner to collect me. I remember the ample seating, clean smell, aroma of coffee, and vaguely remember something about wi-fi....but then my ride honked and I was out of there. It would have been a perfect score had I had a chance to see the restroom. Then when I picked up my car again I was immediately greeted and escorted and was done. I had asked about additional service and was given a copy of the projection. Highly professional and great service.Keep your people happy. They are the face of your business and they all performed exceptionally well. I feel fortunate to have had the wisdom to bring my "Pearl" (2018 Mirage) in for service. It has been like finding the right match with a truly good PMO - I am confident in the West Loop team.Immensely pleased with the good work delivered within a more than reasonable timeframe. I was also pleased with rational pricing and intend to continue return patronage.
