My phone contacts had to be reloaded, interior overhead light needed to be reset, & auto headlight switch turned off.Service was oil change, tire rotation and change cabin air filter. I don't think this service should have had these results.

The problem was not the installation. The problem was they did not ensure that the operation of the new Radio was set up correctly..Not a very friendly fellow.Was waiting since March 2025 for my backward part. Never received a phone call or text letting me know that it was ready for installation.

Nail on tire. Did I mention these are your tires that you installed and still wanted t I charge me 30..00 to fix. Under 60,000 miles on them rotated every 6 months no dry rot. And you still wouldn't even replace for free. If you are going to charge 200 to 300 a tire you are going to have to start doing right by the customerHe just blamed his tech. Then wanted me to spend 1300.00 on a brake flush, radiator flush and transmission flush. Y'all are nuts. Noone has that. Smh.I don't know train your techs, don't lie to your customer and make them have to drive around with a nail in your product (so risking my life on the road and my home health aide) cuz you want to charge to much to do nothing with it. Just greedy.
