The problem was not the installation. The problem was they did not ensure that the operation of the new Radio was set up correctly..Not a very friendly fellow.Was waiting since March 2025 for my backward part. Never received a phone call or text letting me know that it was ready for installation.

Nail on tire. Did I mention these are your tires that you installed and still wanted t I charge me 30..00 to fix. Under 60,000 miles on them rotated every 6 months no dry rot. And you still wouldn't even replace for free. If you are going to charge 200 to 300 a tire you are going to have to start doing right by the customerHe just blamed his tech. Then wanted me to spend 1300.00 on a brake flush, radiator flush and transmission flush. Y'all are nuts. Noone has that. Smh.I don't know train your techs, don't lie to your customer and make them have to drive around with a nail in your product (so risking my life on the road and my home health aide) cuz you want to charge to much to do nothing with it. Just greedy.

Did not explain any repairs or just a follow up of what was done to the vehicle just as a friendly courtesy to go over the repairs that you had agree on. When walking into the little service area, heath just said for me, oh, you need to go to that counter, they'll check you out, and that was it.Did provide other needs and recommendations for vehicle. However, it made me a little leery of trusting. You with my vehicle only because not even a week before we had taken it in. I had gotten a oil change and filters changed, and that was what was needed on my vehicle. If this was needed, I don't understand what I paid for not even a week before. Was my car even looked at properly or was it Just automatically checked on paper that I needed an oil change with filters.Thank you to the shuttle driver and the young lady who took payment for my vehicle. Both of those individuals were very friendly and easy to talk to.No one asked. The young lady who checks you out and takes payment was very friendly!

The vending machines didn’t work very much. I couldn’t get any water or anything to drink.maybe have a little refrigerator or something where that can store some water for the customers at least water. Have warm, hot coffee there but overall everything was great.that location, the people there are always so nice and very understanding

Our salesman Johnathan was great, never gave up on me. He kept me in the loop with all the negotiations never lied or misguided me. Was very attentive not only to my needs but to my wife's as she will be the one driving this new car. I would come back and buy another car from him. I will recommend this dealer anytime as i have before.Your staff were all very nice and helpful very attentive
