I don't know about a multi point inspection.I would recommend them them because that's where I bought the car but improvements are needed with the service person I engaged with.

The reason for my purchase of my vehicle was because I was in desperate need of one due to my car staying 10 days at this sites servicing center without a resolution. I would say, although I had a great experience with the sales department, the servicing center was the opposite experience. Perhaps further training or new mechanic equipment is needed. It would be one thing if this was a first offense but it took 4 days to have tires put on my car my previous serving trip. Apart from that, again, my experience with the sales department of the car was great and Mr.Hamilton was a treat to work with.The whole process with Mr.Hamilton was stress free and very easy. There was not a time during the whole process where I felt pressured.

Yours is the first dealership that offers nothing other than coffee to customers.Alerts popped up two weeks later.I did not speak with advisor other than handing him my keys for service.Tires and oil change were not reset. Now I have to go back to get this doneI’mUpset feelLike I’m getting scheduled for oil changes way sooner than needed and inconvenienced having to go back on a weekday to get oil and tire lights reset. This is the whole reason I set appointments on Saturdays when I have time.I took my outlander in for a scheduled oil change and a couple of days later I’ll change alert pops up and tells me I have like 900 miles to next oil change. Mind you I always take my truck for service and the same location I bought my outlander at. Issues is I feel like I’mBeing taken advantage of and getting oil changed more often than necessary.

Our sales consultant was amazing. He wasted no time is finding us a vehicle within our price range and getting us in the monthly payment we were like for. His service through the whole process was amazing. Everyone was friendly and did what they could to make our experience a good one.Survive was great and price was great. It did take a while to get into financing but once we did the process was fast.
