“I loved my car buying experience! Everyone was so helpful and patient. Zaire was very knowledgeable about the car, answered all my questions, and offered test drives He made my decision very easy. The whole process, including negotiations, went smoothly. I would 100% recommend them!”Staff was very friendly and helpful, sales rep was very knowledgable about the car and all the features.

I was satisfiedwith my service experience that day, but maybe if you all get Shipley donuts that will be very nice. Don’t change the coffee. The coffee is delicious.The service personnel didn’t realize that my oil change was under the warranty plan.Because I had a great experience beginning to the end of my service

Read my other comment on this survey about Heath Gallup. Again, horrible experience and he was the cause. Been going for years and was never made to feel like I was bothering them like I felt this time due to the supervisorI can only refer back to my comments on this survey about the supervisor.We were handed our keys. No thank you.I asked if there was any recommendations of services needed. Which I expected him to provide to us.. He said, there’s fine but we have no time to do them now.My question wasn’t could he do the work now, but, for our safety did we need certain work done to the vehicle. He was short with us, rude, discourteous. His name is Heath Gallup.We’ve been going here for years. The first supervisor tried to upsell us. But, we were treated with respect. This was not the case on this day.Rude and short with us.
