The advisor was not patient or friendly. He seemed to be in a rush. He didn’t answer my questions satisfactorily. He never said anything welcoming, much less offer a friendly smile. At the end all he said your car is ready & walked me to the window to get checked out. He never told me what they did to my car. I had to ask questions, but he was very abrupt with his responses that I stopped asking; then he left. The lady at the checkout was the one telling me what they’ve done to my car—she could tell the advisor was frustrating me. I almost asked to talk to the guy who worked on my car to get answers. I wanted to know why all those lights turned on, on a less than a year old car. I have never had those problems on a brand new car. I still don’t know why, or if those problems will ever happen again.I have been a customer of Mitsubishi for my last 4 new vehicles so that speaks volumes of how I feel about the company & West Loop Mitsubishi in particular. I’ve always enjoyed the customer service/experience. The service advisors have been great. However this time around, the service advisor, the one who should be greeting the customer & getting our car ready to be serviced did not meet the standards expected of your company. The manager or whoever is in charge should do a better job of hiring or simply training present & future employees. And it was not my first experience with the advisor. I had already been there 2 other times for a tire then for my 1st oil change. And it was the same less than stellar attitude.The service provider barely talked & seemed bothered…or was being inconvenienced.They took care of the problem my car was having.
