We were welcomed and invited to have snacks and coffee. The waiting area had recently been cleaned. We were checked on during the service to make sure we were ok. We will be back.

Said he was going to lower the price by $200 but instead took off the DMV fees for registration which wasn’t due for 10 months anyway. Didn’t tell me until I was signing papers. The honest thing would have been to do both. Overall my payments are where they needed to be so I’m okay with that, but it felt shady.

I will always come back to West Mitsubishi whether to have my car serviced or to buy a new one. Every employee I met was very sincere in their conversations with me. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service.
