The apartment is nice and the accommodations are awesome but the package delivery and purchase of furniture plus inviting older relativesis difficult due to the lack of an elevator if you guys had an elevator 10/10

Excellent customer service from the leasing office and maintenance teams. Constant upkeeps and improvements. Highly recommend

Mangement gave me the hardest time living in the complex for a year

Ac unit has been broken for the last 3 years even though maintenance request were made the washer and dryer has been broken since we been there. Maintenance just put bandaid on the problems. The security which is one of the main reason I moved there was horrible. I had sugar put in my gas tank. I had kids burn my car with fireworks. The building constantly smelled like weed.

I probably would have stayed a bit longer if not for the tenant in 306 over top of me 206 they had 3 kids that made too much noise stomping all day and I complained all the time to management and nothing was done and then it was too many marijuana smoking in that building

I gave her two months notice to the office. I get an email stating that I didn’t follow the protocol so it will be an early termination. Then after I address the situation with the lady in the office, she resends and fixes her mistake. Almost about a week later I get a knock at the door stating that they were doing a move out walk-through and they do it two weeks prior to vacating the property which I informed the man that that was incorrect.

No problems with moving out..Rental office emailed me all information needed.

Constant misinformation from the office. Was told “theres nothing that can be done to guarantee the safety of their residents” after putting in complaints of young men crowding the hallways and directly in front of our door while hotboxing the hallways after smoking and selling marijuana in ski masks. Also felt unsafe when being inappropiately approached by homeless people or young men again, having to pick up Amazon packages when the outdoor pavilion. Denied to provide a waived fee for change of unit request because my concerns “did not meet the criteria”. Maintenance takes forever and for my first three months of living there, our AC unit was broken and we lived in hot conditions with a small window AC that was only provided for one bedroom. Still didn’t receive any deduction or compensation for the major inconvenience.

Love living in the area and the apartments were great. Have nothing but great experiences while living at Winchester.

Many amenities are unavailable or dilapidated. The dog park, in-particular, was a mess. Front office communication was consistently subpar. Overall, I would not recommend this complex.
