I had an amazing experience with Tyo! He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me understand more of what I was getting into. He was able to answer all of my questions and make me feel better of my move. I will definitely recommend to a friend!

The person who gave me the tour didn't mention any of the community amenities unless I asked. That should be apart of the tour.

Community Specialist Chantel was very knowledgeable about the property. She was also well spoken and nice!

Don’t highly recommend; especially if you can’t keep up with them jacking you over. I was affected by the government shutdown; was told I would be okay with missing a payment or two, and that they wouldn’t kick us out if we did. I’ve been receiving multiple eviction notices, and to top it off; they jacked up a price and didn’t say anything. I signed a contract for 11 months paying 1760 a month; it’s only been 4 months and my rent went up a couple hundred dollars. This place is mind controlling. I’ve been bought up on rent, and will continue to pay the amount I signed for; nothing less, nothing more!

Loved living there. Got expensive. No communication about move out.

Store front units should have assigned parking in front of their units.

I spoke with a team member from the staff today regarding the trash that is piling up that I can see from all my windows on the St Patrick drive side of the complex. She assures me that they are working on the cleanup. I just hope it’s soon.

I throughly enjoyed my tour with Chanel. I came early and was accommodated early. All associates working that day spoke to me and offered me refreshments. Chanel was very knowledgeable about the area and the community. Chanel clearly explained everything I wanted to know was a potential future resident. There was no stone left unturned. Chanel was very personable and caring. She actively listened and helped show how the property would benefit my lifestyle. No complaints!
