It’s been almost 4 years and our doors has not been secured. However, I see Painting going on in the stairwell. I see a lot of loose screens or torn screens has not been replaced or fixed throughout the neighborhood.

It takes multiple calls, maintenance requests, and visits for problems to be fixed. Maintenance requests get cancelled without being fixed. It takes begging the office for repairs to be done. The apartment itself is amazing if everything works properly and the staff is nice when you can get in contact with them.

Neighbors made apartment smell like pot every morning.Almost got hit by car multiple times crossing at designated stop signsBeing passed driving on a 15 mph road by someone going 55 while blowing through a stop sign with a mother and baby in a stroller waiting to cross.Being charged for pet rent for months after paying to get a new lease signed without petNo outlets worked in the kitchen after having maintenance “fix” them 3 times.Commercial companies using our dumpsters as landfills.Having to dodge pet feces on side walks.Leasing officer never answers phone.L

Because I had a great experience, I went to others not so great

Tanya Brown has been incredibly helpful ever since we moved in. She is always quick to respond whenever we have a question or bring up a concern, and she consistently follows through to make sure everything is handled properly. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in providing great service. We truly appreciate her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help at any time.

I really like the employees here my only issue so far is the sound proofing between floors.jumping, running, stomping

Location is great but rent is too high, higher than mortgages.

Would love to see no smoking signs in the buildings on every floor and would for the doors to actually lock and work with fob only. Don’t mind the overall cost as long as all the features actually work.
