Just unorganized buildings stink residents sit trash & smelly diapers out all times of day & on days valet trash don’t come. Maintenance takes forever. Loft apartments falling apart steps broken the tiles coming up in living in room. The turn around when someone moves out is clearly a rush job. Property has gone down since 2021. Fruit flys in every apartment I had. Secure building doors broken, kids breaking in apartments setting off fire works. Gyms are shut down randomly for months.

I loved my apartment choice but the weed smell harmed my health. Certainly was not fair to me as a tennant.

Packages were stolen from my door when the main doors could have been secured since we all have key fobs. Had to put in numerous maintenance request for the same issues over and over and instead of stuff getting replaced that’s outdated a bandaid was put on it. The HVAC and the dishwasher to be exact.

They seemed uninterested in knowing why I was leaving. Left me standing there to go in the back and tak to someone. Then came back and said “oh yeah you’re done that’s it “.

It’a A Real authentic rating because of how much i enjoyed my stay a WestChester pavillions..

I really enjoyed my time at Westchester and was overall really comfortable there. I loved my apartment and the convenient location. But as I was moving out I received no communication or indication that the office was aware of me moving out despite having turned in my proper paperwork to vacant.

Very nice apt homes and amenities. Management and staff are nice and customer oriented. Rent is over-priced. Buildings need maintenance (paint, 7-day trash pick up,etc) Buildings should have secured access

We lived there for 9 years and would have stayed longer if we didnt purchase a house

When I first moved there it was really a nice quiet area. After about my third year things began to change. The security doors were broken and never repaired, people could just enter the building without having permission. The smell of weed got worse. I had my door kicked in twice. It was damaged I had to sit in my apartment with my weapon until the maintenance man arrived because the kids who kicked it broke it open and my door would not close and the second time it happened my boys were frustrated and told me I needed to move. I gave my 30 notice and I moved the heck out. Westchester changed it became worse. The rent is too high and I did not feel safe there any longer.

I loved living in this community and enjoyed everyone’s interaction in the office
