Trash and neighbor noise levels unbearable. Constant police activity for domestic situations. People sleeping in buildings. No controlled access

So grateful for the experience and comfort of home. After experiencing the loss of loved ones that are near and dear to my heart, it has been an extremely tough year. The team is compassionate and always has a listening ear for residents. They’ve built a beautiful community here and I’m proud to call it home.

The building is nice but seem to be a bit neglected. The stairwell in the hall definitely could use a fresh coat of paint. The unit I toured refrigerator had multiple dent on the front of it.

It's over priced. Sound quality is horrible. I am on a 3rd floor and I can hear my downstairs neighbors very loudly- no noise from the adjacent neighbors. I can only imagine what I sound like to them. No Elevators. Homeless people sleeping in the stairwell. Weed smoking in the hallway. The smoke was so thick one day I thought there was a fire. I want out- I wouldn't reccomend anyone live here.

The tour guide,Chanel, was very kind and helpful.

I asked for a three bedroom to tour and they said they have one available. I left the house. I was looking at to come there to view there three bedroom and they didn’t even have one. Then she showed me another apartment and it was not in the price range I gave. The whole tour was a waste of time because they didn’t have the unit I needed available.
