The grounds could be kept up better and the building doors need fixing.

A few drawbacks.

Just unorganized buildings stink residents sit trash & smelly diapers out all times of day & on days valet trash don’t come. Maintenance takes forever. Loft apartments falling apart steps broken the tiles coming up in living in room. The turn around when someone moves out is clearly a rush job. Property has gone down since 2021. Fruit flys in every apartment I had. Secure building doors broken, kids breaking in apartments setting off fire works. Gyms are shut down randomly for months.

The leasing agent Tanya was very unpleasant her attitude and demeanor was very poor and nonchalant

My tour guide Tyo was inviting, friendly, and knowledgeable! He encouragement me to open my mind to the possibilities in my future home and community. I look forward to moving in!

I loved my apartment choice but the weed smell harmed my health. Certainly was not fair to me as a tennant.
