Packages were stolen from my door when the main doors could have been secured since we all have key fobs. Had to put in numerous maintenance request for the same issues over and over and instead of stuff getting replaced that’s outdated a bandaid was put on it. The HVAC and the dishwasher to be exact.

Tanya was the best. Beautiful grounds and so much to do. Love the 2 bedroom with a loft. Just like having a 3 bedroom.

I wish our apartments were not easily accessible. Anyone can walk in. It’s already an open community, we should at least having working key fob entry. That would make me feel more safe.

Honestly the use of drugs, and sketchy people hanging around made this horrible. My wife did not feel safe going outside past 7 because there were guys sitting and smoking in the stairwells with ski masks on (multiple occasions). I feel like the wrong things are worried about here. The doors were promised they would be fixed to lessen the loitering for over a year and they are still broken. Teenagers pee on the walls in the stairwell.As for the move out experience there was absolutely no communication at all. Absolutely zero.
