Tanya was very informative and personable. Both staff member greeted us when we walked in, they were fully prepared for the tour. Tanya drove us to view all the amenities. Positive environment 👏🏾👏🏾

9.5/ Tanya was amazing! She answered all of my questions w/ the exception of a question related to a voucher holder. However, She assured me she would find out and it would be taken care of. She calmed my fears and reservation. My 22 year old son would be living on his own for the 1st time and as a mom, you can imagine the anxiety and skepticism I have, with the crazy society in which we live. Tanya definitely made me more comfortable about the potential stay at Westchester. So much so, my son is pretty much sold on this being his new home.We are indeed pleased with the staff and property and we look forward to a lasting relationship with Westchester.

They seemed uninterested in knowing why I was leaving. Left me standing there to go in the back and tak to someone. Then came back and said “oh yeah you’re done that’s it “.

Tour guide gave confusing and conflicting information. Wasn’t super personable. Showed very little of the property.

Tanya gave excellent customer service

I really enjoyed my time at Westchester and was overall really comfortable there. I loved my apartment and the convenient location.But as I was moving out I received no communication or indication that the office was aware of me moving out despite having turned in my proper paperwork to vacant.

Tanya was knowledgeable and we enjoyed our time with her.
