From start to finish Mr. Tyo and his supervisor was excellent. Both Mr. Tyo and his supervisor answer all the questions. That i needed to be answered. As well as they were very polite and inviting. The process was applying was smooth.❤️

Tyo Waiters did very good customer service and he did a nice job showing the apartment

Appliances well outdated for rent to be $2500

The neighborhood is great with a lot of amenities. I noticed that in the building of the unit that I toured, there was an off putting on smell (maybe due to marijuana smoke), and also the walls in the stairwell needed to be repainted (had multiple scuffs from furniture moving).

Very nice apt homes and amenities. Management and staff are nice and customer oriented. Rent is over-priced. Buildings need maintenance (paint, 7-day trash pick up,etc) Buildings should have secured access

We lived there for 9 years and would have stayed longer if we didnt purchase a house

The tour guide tonya was very unprofessional. She didn’t introduce herself until the end of the tour. She rushed us through everything and didnt give many details about the property.

I was able to tour an appointment even though I was there to see a 3 bedroom. Although I requested a 3 bedroom we are going to go with a 2 bedroom and the den because one of the adults will away from 30- 40% of the time. Plenty of room.
