I was able to tour an appointment even though I was there to see a 3 bedroom. Although I requested a 3 bedroom we are going to go with a 2 bedroom and the den because one of the adults will away from 30- 40% of the time. Plenty of room.

Mia was very knowledgeable and informative. She answered every question we had without even having to ask.

The overall experience was great and the agent Tanya was very respectful and had answers to all of the questions we had. She understood and listened very well. We give her 10 stars!!

The hostess was extremely unpleasant, she felt annoyed by my questions. I have the monetary means to live in this community, but I will not if I have to see her presence again.

Overall good. Being disabled & requesting a first floor unit, didn’t like having to tour a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. One of the tenants had their music up so loud we thought the speakers were in the hallway. Not sure how I feel about trash valet. I don’t like seeing or smelling others trash when I come & go.

Tyo was very honest and knowledgeable about the development and the surrounding areas.

Locks were broken on outside building doors.

Mia was so kind! I rather enjoyed walking the area with her!
