Leasing associate did an amazing job show us the property

The apartment is nice and the accommodations are awesome but the package delivery and purchase of furniture plus inviting older relativesis difficult due to the lack of an elevator if you guys had an elevator 10/10

I’ve been living here at West Chester since 2021. The locks on the doors have not worked since the day I moved in. There is a homeless person living underneath the stairs in my building. The foul smell that’s in the stairwell constantly. A lot of the times I don’t feel safe walking in my own building because I don’t know what gonna be going on in the hallway. It’s a big thing for me because security was one of the main reasons I chose Westchester. Other than that I enjoy my apartment. I don’t ever really have many problems. My A/c was out for a month and that was a problem but since then I haven’t had a problem in my unit. It’s just my building.

Professionalism was great and property manager was very nice and informal. She gave us enough information and answered all of our questions. We were seen at the time of our appointment and was taken care of throughout. Highly recommend.
