No one communicated with me about receiving a refund.

I haven’t received my refund as of yet, but I also just moved August 6. I gave the above rating as there is always room for improvement. The property management changing was the first good step in the right direction. I do feel that considering the neighborhood is supposed to be considered luxury living, and the cost to live there; there are a lot of upgrades needed within the building. The outside is well kept (with the exception of neighbors throwing their trash around), but the interior hallways and stairways need extensive upgrades and cleaning. The security needs changing as well. While they drive around. It appears that’s about all they do. I’ve seen homeless people trespassing in the building because the doors are not secure as they should be. Random residents and their company smoking weed in the children play areas; and I believe there to be a squatter in the apartment next to me; since April when the resident moved. Overall the community could be great if more effort is put into the security and upkeep of the property. People want to get what they are paying for, and with the current pricing the community is unacceptable. I also feel that there should be better screening of who is welcomed to reside on the property.

The staff was very helpful and the apartment was nice. We just moved out to buy a home.
