I know what I like and what I don’t like!!

Ac unit has been broken for the last 3 years even though maintenance request were made the washer and dryer has been broken since we been there. Maintenance just put bandaid on the problems. The security which is one of the main reason I moved there was horrible. I had sugar put in my gas tank. I had kids burn my car with fireworks. The building constantly smelled like weed.

I carefully researched several apartments before choosing this one. What ultimately convinced me to move in was the promise of security and a variety of amenities, including a movie theater, Click Café, game room, and a 24-hour gym. However, after moving in, I was disappointed to find that security was no longer present, my apartment was broken into, and unauthorized individuals frequently loiter in the hallways. The gym is not truly 24 hours, and it’s easily accessible to anyone. Additionally, there is no accessible game room or movie theater as advertised. The only usable amenity appears to be the pool, while the tennis courts are littered with dog waste and broken glass. The dog park is really a dog toilet because it's covered with feces. The current state of the property is extremely concerning and not at all what was initially presented.

Safety concerns and lack of poop free and clean community.

Management has switched too many times since 2021. Because of this, and some other reasons I’m sure, some important features of the community have gone by the wayside.1. The locks on the exterior doors: They’ve been broken since roughly fall of 2021. This has led to theft of packages, destruction of hallways/signs/windows, and unauthorized individuals/teens loitering, vandalizing, pulling fire alarms, and smoking weed in our building.2. Gym equipment: the gym in 10810 has had broken equipment for years now. The steppers, leg press, and seated leg extension/hamstring curl have yet to be fixed. The stationary bike that was placed in the gym requires a membership to use properly and there is no group account.3. Valet Trash pick-up: What started as a good idea has turned into something that causes foul smelling hallways with leaky trash bags which sit there for the entire weekend. No one uses their provided trash cans anymore because if the trash people can’t get it out within 1 easy pull they leave it. Because of that, people just place their trash bags on the floor in the halls. People either don’t care about/or don’t know the trash pickup schedule and put bags in the hallway on Friday afternoon and they stay there… smelling… until Sunday evening at the earliest.

Amazing rental staff.

Community was clean. The price was just high.
