I myself like the complex very much, and I want Westchester to be my new home.

The floor plan and all is nice, but the dishwasher is so old the prongs are rusting and falling off the rack. There’s so much police activity, the trash valet is unreliable, the cleaners don’t often pick up trash in the hallways, the front desk never picks up the phone, and rent is too high for all

I probably would have stayed a bit longer if not for the tenant in 306 over top of me 206 they had 3 kids that made too much noise stomping all day and I complained all the time to management and nothing was done and then it was too many marijuana smoking in that building

I gave her two months notice to the office. I get an email stating that I didn’t follow the protocol so it will be an early termination. Then after I address the situation with the lady in the office, she resends and fixes her mistake. Almost about a week later I get a knock at the door stating that they were doing a move out walk-through and they do it two weeks prior to vacating the property which I informed the man that that was incorrect.

It was informative as well customer service friendly.

The property was very nice but our tour felt rushed. Despite having a tour scheduled and confirmed, they seemed to be unprepared upon my arrival. The tour felt rushed and unprofessional, it felt as if we were inconveniencing the agent by being there. There was no offer to show us around the amenities of the property either.

I had a great experience with Chanel. She was very helpful and professional.

Honestly, the past year the building hasn’t been great. Weed papers, people smoking in stairwell, hallways smell like weed. People arguing in the hallways, kids extremely loud running down hallways no matter the time, sometimes my recyclables get picked up, sometimes it doesn’t. The past two summers my ac has gone out, the first time for 3 months with ZERO compensation for electric bill increase or rent adjustment. The best part about living here is the maintenance team, especially Steve. At one point. The building was nice, I can see things slowly turning the opposite and that’s unfortunate.

I love my home at Westchester at the Pavilions!! It’s comfortable and spacious! And the staff are great! Very helpful and friendly!! And my little doggie loves the dog park and the happy grounds around the building!
