Can’t stand the fact that I have neighbors upstairs and next door that have no regards for apartment living.

I don't like living at WATP. The Prop Mgr, Ke"Mia B is a joke. She does not follow policy and plays favorites w/ tenants.

Westchester at the pavilion, too many words to describe,This had been the best couple of years I’ve experienced, I love my home I love my community ❤️I love being Home for once 🙌🏽Staff is amazing,they always their to make your stay here safe and comfortable. #WALDORF MD .

The location was great, the leasing associate was very knowledgeable about all the questions i had to ask. I’m not planning on moving for a few months but she still went out of her way to assist me in every way.

The community was nice and the staff was friendly.

I’m only not renewing my lease because I am having g a home built we love it here.

Maintenance requests are taking longer and longer to fulfill. You have to call the office to see what is going on after days go by and the issue is not fixed. Security is an issue as homeless people have now resorted to sleeping under the stairs and behind doors since the secure doors no longer work nor been repaired in almost 2 years.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay there. Except for people letting their dogs poop everywhere. They are the absolute worst.
