The safety of the building are an issue due to unsecured doors. Poop everywhere on the grass due to people not cleaning up after their pets. I have a cabinet door in the kitchen that has been missing for close to a year now, reported numerous times. The pot smell, and cigar smell is horrible. The cleanliness of the buildings, especially the stair wells is horrible.

I didn’t like that they don’t offer a bathroom for potential residents at the facility. I understand not having one for regular public consumption. However not for residents and future residents is off putting.I also thought that I loved the space and the mock up of the apt. However, I do believe regular upkeep and maintenance is needed and was off putting when I was told something would be be replaced inspite of the damages.
