The customer service here is subpar. This community has the potential to be great. But the amenities are broken and the staff is rude.

Tanya was very nice and helpful. She gave a great tour and explained everything to my understanding.

The leasing agent I had wasn’t warm or welcoming in my opinion. Se didn’t seem interesting me or showing me the property. She showed me no amenities and the entire tour wasn’t very good. Because of this reason I have decided not to move to this property.

Very accommodating

Constant misinformation from the office. Was told “theres nothing that can be done to guarantee the safety of their residents” after putting in complaints of young men crowding the hallways and directly in front of our door while hotboxing the hallways after smoking and selling marijuana in ski masks. Also felt unsafe when being inappropiately approached by homeless people or young men again, having to pick up Amazon packages when the outdoor pavilion. Denied to provide a waived fee for change of unit request because my concerns “did not meet the criteria”. Maintenance takes forever and for my first three months of living there, our AC unit was broken and we lived in hot conditions with a small window AC that was only provided for one bedroom. Still didn’t receive any deduction or compensation for the major inconvenience.
