Many amenities are unavailable or dilapidated. The dog park, in-particular, was a mess. Front office communication was consistently subpar. Overall, I would not recommend this complex.

The only problem that bothers me is smelling dog poop when coming outside and possibly stepping in it. many residents will pick it up but there are too many that are not concerned.
