The unit numbers posted on the fence are excellent. I have 3 suggestions for 2939 Park Ave. 1. Instead of lights always on at the sidewalk entrance, constantly using electricity, motion activated lights could be installed. They would save electricity, diminish city-wde light pollution, and not be illuminating apartment front bedrooms. 2. A vent could be installed in the laundry room door to minimize moisture build-up in that room. 3. We are the only ones who use the green composting bin. If you supplied small, counter-top or under-sink style bins with the rentals, more people might comply with the mandate on composting. Thank you for your kind consideration.
