Correspondence was very poor and at times very rude. After getting major maintenance issues addressed in my apartment I reached out via email to western to give an update and it was scolded for it. As well as being scolded for talking to my friend/family who owns the building AFTER HE ASKED ME how it was going. Also did not receive notice that my rent was increasing within a proper time period and had no idea until my friend who is the owner let me know a month after I was supposed to receive a letter from Western. I never received the letter nor did my neighbor who lives in the same apartment building. She also did not receive a notice. Needless to say, I am not happy with your services.

My plumbing and my neighbors plumbing got totally backed up on July 4th! I thought, uh oh, I am so out of luck! But, I turned in my online maintenance request and much to my surprise and delight, Western Property Management sent out MC Plumbers to save the day, which they did! I am so grateful and impressed by both Western Property Management and MC Plumbers and the excellent service they provide! It made July 4th wonderful for both me and my neighbor!

Jennifer made the process straightforward and we felt taken care of. So far things have been proactive in improving our tenancy. Have enjoyed meeting the handymen they call on. I suppose it’s the age we live in but all the SaaS (petscreening.com, rentplus.com, appfol.io) were a bit much especially after duplicating for both tenants.
