My hot water heater went out on December 23rd late in the evening. I figured it wouldn’t get fixed right away because the next day was Christmas Eve. I went ahead and did an online repair request anyway, thinking it would eventually get fixed. Well, that following morning I had a phone call from MC Plumbers asking if they could come out to look at my hot water heater. I was surprised and very happy to have them come out. Within two hours I had a new hot water heater installed and ready to go on Christmas Eve! I was thrilled with the exemplary service of both Western Property Management and MC Plumbers! They took great care of me and made my Christmas extra special. Way to go!

I have been a tenant for a little over 11 years. I am very satisfied with the reasonable response time to maintenance issues. The office staff has been good about notifying me of any outside contractors visits. Overall, I feel Western Property Management deserves a five star rating.
