The upkeep of the complex could be better. It’s not very clean. Leaves everywhere on the walkways to the apartments. The lobby walkways are always dirty. Laundry room is always very neat

Promptly respond to messages and give heads up for missing information.

My oven went out very suddenly and the maintenance team from Western Property Management was there quickly and professionally got the problem resolved and my oven replaced. They were friendly and helpful, which eased my anxiety. I appreciate their friendly and professional manner.
