we’ve been living here for a few years now and I have had no issues. Anytime I call and have questions they answer them and if things need to be fixed it has gotten done .

I just moved in a few weeks ago, but it’s been a good experience so far. I especially appreciate the communication from management about how the leak is being dealt with.

Western has always been really on top on maintenance issues. Sending people quickly to deal with the small plumbing and other issues that have cropped up over the years as you'd expect in an older property. They've been nothing but helpful, respectful, and professional.
