Nothing but great things to say about Western. Been absolutely wonderful renting from them these past 4 years. Professional staff that is very friendly. Any maintenance requests are always promptly taken care of. Online tenant portal system they have is very easy to navigate.

The upkeep of the complex could be better. It’s not very clean. Leaves everywhere on the walkways to the apartments. The lobby walkways are always dirty. Laundry room is always very neat
