My stay at Western Slope was great! If I ever needed return for further care I would because I received great care throughout my stay. Furthermore, I would reccomend Western Slope for rehabilitation for others.

I had a great time at the facility and really enjoyed all the staff that cared for me. My only advice would be to try and find a hall that could hold all the people with Alzheimer's. Aside from that I had a great time here and would definitely return for care needed in the future.

I really enjoyed my time here. From the CNAs to the administrator, everyone is great! I can push my call light and receive prompt service and know I'm always cared for. Also, the therapy team did a great job pushing me to get me to progress more than I ever thought I could! I'm overly satisfied with my care and recconend this place to everyone!

I would rate my stay here as excellent. The nursing staff is all extremely kind and helpful and the two gentlemen that brought me back and forth to dialysis were very gentle and always on time. I would definitely return here for future care.
