I would give the nurses at Western Slope an A+. They were always so caring and attentive to my needs. I enjoyed working with Robin my OT and Marvin my PT, both were full of good information and helped make it possible for me to discharge back to my home. There are lot of good-hearted staff who work there and provide great care to the patients. Thank you Western Slope for all you did for me.

Best word to describe my stay at Western Slope, OUTSTANDING! I was so thankful for all the wonderful staff, everyone from the admission nurse that greeted me to the nursing team who cared for me to the activity staff who always kept me busy to the kitchen staff who made such good food to the office staff who was always there to help to the therapy team who worked so hard with me to make it possible for me to go back home safely with my wife.

I had a short stay for rehab for a hip replacement. Great nurses, nice staff and wonderful therapy team. I will be back when I'm ready to do my other hip because I was very pleased with the care.

We would like to thank everyone at Western Slope that made my husband's stay a very positive experience. He was always treated so well. He was always cleaned and dressed. All of you are shinning stars in your own way. You all were very attentive, helpful and always answered all my questions. John's experience there was uplifting and impressed our family. I would highly recommend Western Slope for rehab. I have been to several rehab facilities in the past and Western Slope is by far the best.

I'm so thankful I was able to do my rehab at Western Slope. They are a great bunch of people with big hearts. I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay. The therapy team is excellent and the food was very good.
