I couldn't of asked for better care. I loved all the staff, everyone was so friendly and caring. Therapy did an excellent job getting me strong enough to be able to go back to my home. I'm going to miss all of my friends that I made at this facility. Thank you Western Slope!

The therapy team are all good teachers teaching their patients to maintain quality of life and function in their home environment and are all very patient with the residents. I feel like I had the best rehab possible. The nursing staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

I never thought I would ever end up needing to be in skilled nursing. I was kind of hesitant after hearing all the horror stories of nursing homes. My stay at Western Slope was quit the opposite. I was very impressed. The atmosphere was very pleasant and everyone was so friendly and helpful with smiles on their faces. The therapy team was an excellent group of people and without them I would of not been able to return back to my home. Thank you Western Slope!

The building runs very efficiently and all of the staff were very friendly. The therapy team did a great job working with me to get me back to my home.
