Therapy was great. Employees were very friendly.

Our father, spent the last 10 days of his life in Western Slope. Other then being in his own home he could not have been an a better place. The care that he was given was exceptional with a personal touch from EVERYONE that assisted in his final days. The staff was always attentive to not only our father but to our families needs. Western Slope went “above and beyond” with his care. Our fathers last day was filled with warmth and care that we will never forget and ALWAYS appreciate. Thank-you to everyone at Western Slope Health Center.

I feel like I have some piece of mind knowing that my dad is getting such great care at Western Slope. I can't say enough good things about all of them. I truly could not think of a better place for him to go for his rehab. They are all rockstars!

My mother has been to several nursing facilities over the years and I am so glad that she is now at Western Slope. I can really see the difference in the quality of care she gets there. I know that she is safe and well taken care of. I can't thank them enough for all their patience with her.

I can not thank the staff enough for the wonderful care my dad received during his final days. All of them were so compassionate and caring for him. So thankful for them and their big hearts.

I'm so thankful for all the loving staff who cared for my sister. I was impressed how compassionate everyone was when caring for her and really went above and beyond.

Such a nice facility with wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The therapist are really knowledgeable and taught me all kinds of new tricks for me to keep my independence. I'm thankful for all their great care and would recommend them to anyone in need of therapy or nursing care.
