I was in and out Angel answered all my questions

I really appreciate Stacey and Cassandra! They work together well as a team. I was kept informed on issues with my car. Also, when one was out of the office (during car pickup) the other one knew exactly where my car information/keys were located. It was very apparent they have a good working relationship; which is critical to the success of a Service Department.I needed work performed on my car quickly. I only had a certain amount of time to drop it off, Westgate offered me a ride back to my work so I could get back to my personal car. All of this came about as an urgent surprise. Westgate told me it would be ready the following Monday; but they actually had it ready the next day. That was wonderful.

They never took the time to address the issues I had. They said I needed tires and left it at that. I told them the problem i was having that didn't have anything to do with tires but they didnt listen to me.

In general everyone at the WestGate is friendly and care about you!Like always they take care of me at the service. Everyone is kind and friendly.

The service was prompt and friendly.
