Very easy to setup an appointment and very easy to drop off the vehicle and get it back. Love simplicity!!!!!!!My wife purchased a car and traded in her old one, last year about this time of the year. I have been impressed with the improvements to the new Outlander so much, I might want one. They also gave her free oil changes for about 2 years. The service takes about 90 minutes, which is okay for us. We just wait in the waiting room. The time scheduled was very workable for us. We avoided any heavy morning and afternoon traffic. There were headlight error warning ⚠️ on instrument panel info. CenterVehicle had to be jumped I heard on the showroomfloor; this may have caused the warning the panel that the salesman was advised of by me. I have an appointment for 7/2/25 to bring Vehicle in to be checked.Sales team worked to get me a rate that is good
