When some employees come through not very friendly2 visit in the same week..first visit screen wasn't changed back to original settings..2nd visit left black makings in car without wiping hands inside wasn't very clean at certain areas...it's not the first time I had this issue at the same dealershipNoneNoneI called and made my appointment

Mark the manager was great. I originally had an issue with my warranty and he took the time to hear me out and work with me. Not many managers want to ensure a better experience. I appreciated that. One thing that may be helpful is having customers fill out the forms of what is wrong/what they hear-if you had a form with a diagram maybe circle things ect. It’s easy to get things lost in translation when you’re not directly speaking to the mechanic. Maybe not for everyone but would be a great option. The ladies in service were super nice.Service was great. I think it could stand to use a bigger sign identifying where the entrance for service is. The parking lot is confusingI had an issue with my car and needed help with finding what was wrong. They uncovered the problem

Technician did not adjust the oil change light which caused a return trip to the dealership.Online scheduling didn’t work and none of the phone numbers on google and the company website worked. The only number that worked was in the my Mitsubishi appAlways responsive, professional, and friendly
