had to go back a second time for same problemi do not know if they provided MPOINT Inspection.i asked for a car wash both visits. did not receive it.

Again the service representative was great. I even watched her deescalate another customer who was upset that a certain tech had left for the day and they had driven a long way to have a specific service performed. She was great. For Mitsubishi itself, I wasn't happy about the additional 3% to use my credit card. That was disappointing and felt like a tax a top of taxes already being paid for the service.The customer service rep was helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

Calendar didn’t show available days soemtimes.Mechanic failed to connect glove compartment correctly and items from compartment were left on passenger seat. Small issue, I was able to fix on my end, but this was the first time after experiencing after multiple times w/o issues when cabin filter was replaced. Honestly was surprised to see this small issue after multiple visits and attention to detail being G2G.No complaints, other than hard to book with online calendar sometimes, since I’ve been going here since summer of 2022.

Easy to set appt. On arrive seen immediately, no wait. Clean waiting room. Fast service (mileage work, recall work, inspection). Works great.

Met as soon as I arrived. Reviewed what needed to be done. Waiting room was quiet and even had green tea. Took less time than I had anticipated. Recall work was perfect. No issues. At check out she remembered I had a free oil change. Car is running great.
