The tire rotation was performed well and quickly. The salesman who sold me the car told me the tire rotations would be at no charge. The salesman is no longer at the dealership and I was charged for the rotation. The service representative warned me in advance that I would be charged. The service department did their job. The sales department did not transparently do their job.The work was done quickly

I would like to recommend if the cleaning service company will clean during business hours not to utilized strong cleaning products in the waiting lobby when customers are waited in the waiting lobby. The cleaning product used was very strong & unbearable smell.Service advisor explains repair work with great professionalism. However it would be nice if he/she could speak to customer in a private office or location. Everyone shouldn't hear another person business associated with repairs required. Or he/ she should speak softer.I was very pleased how the service manager explained the recommendation for repairs, how he had his team to verify repairs questioned by me & staying within my budget.

No one checked in with me and I had to ask how much longer after 1.5 hrs of waiting. Multi-point inspection wasn't mentioned?Pretty good overall - but it would've been nice to get more regular status updates from the service advisorClean facility, good WiFi, relatively quick services

The car was clean inside but it had not been washed per your offer. As mentioned in a previous comment the carwash had not been done. Not a big deal as I'm sure it was just an oversight but it did cost me an extra hour.Just a minor glitch which which was not a big deal. Can't complain too much about not performing a free service.Honest about need for certain services being required or not. Timing (mostly) good.

I highly recommend Westgate Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a new or used car. I had an excellent purchasing experience buying our 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV). Manny, Sidney and Abby were all absolutely fantastic to work with. Very approachable, kindly and willing to seek to understand my wants and needs as a customer. No one was pushy, only helpful. This provided and excellent sales experience. One of if not, the best new car purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. This is the second purchase I’ve been involved in at this dealer in the past year as my parents bought the same vehicle last Oct 2024. I was so impressed with that experience and their Mitsubishi Plug-in SUV I have been wanting to trade in our 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum ever since and buy the same vehicle as theirs. Now we have and we are so happy with it. Excellent build quality and user experience. A very underrated vehicle! We already have exceeded the 38 miles all electric that Mitsubishi states it can do and we are getting 46-50 miles on a single charge all electric. It’s fantastic to know if you run out you have the gas engine available instantly. For our weekly town driving we will rarely ever put gas in the tank at this mileage rage we’re getting.The whole of America needs to know about this car!!! I feel like it needs better advertising and marketing because no one knows about it. If they did know how good it is, far more people would buy it. Come on Mitsubishi, you’ve made a great SUV plug-in hybrid - now tell the world!!! 😊Manny, Sidney and Abby were all absolutely fantastic to work with.
