Absolutely nothing. We had a great experience, renting from you all and would absolutely recommend anyone in town to rent from you guys guys. The customer service is top-notch, the facility is convenient and well lit and very secure.We were only planning to rent temporarily until we sold off my late parents’ items.

Improve lighting. There was no light inside the unit - only down the hallway. We often had to use a flashlight to see the items we had in storage/Moving

Not a thing. Westpointe Self Storage is BY FAR THE BEST storage business I have used in more states than one. The efficiency, professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness are on level above anything I’ve experienced (in any business). Sam and Christa (New Braunfels, managers) aren’t only outstanding managers…they’re popular! Ask the customers!A move to the West Coast
