PA April refused to administer new prescription ordered for me by my personal dr. before I was discharged and did not send the new orders over to my assisted living facility.No follow through with assistance for toileting after PT told me I would be using the bathroom instead of potty chair.Almost every meal was cold.PT were awesome.Heath aids were always kind.Drivers were awesome.Discharge was great. Patty went above and beyond during my time there and assisting my family.

They took very good care of me . Healed my wounds , the food was good , and if i didnt like the food i could ask for an alternative. Staff were very sweet ti me . Rooms are clean , and the st4 courtyard is so Beautiful and peaceful , spent alot if time out there during my stay , i would recommend Westview for all your short term needs
