I’ve been a residence here since July 2018. The swimming pool has been closed for the last 3 to 4 years the gym/ workout area we only have access to that during the day which does not serve as any convenience because we work during the day. There are only two trash compactor for the whole neighborhood. The neighborhood constantly has an smell because of the overflow of trash. There has been a lot of soliciting between children and adults. I tried to move out of the neighborhood and I was informed during my process that I had four judgments that were placed against me that should have never been placed three of which have been removed. I am struggling to get the last one removed. We have been through three or four different rental office teams. We never have Maintenance team available. I currently have some type of lamination that was put down in and by the fourth day it was peeling and lifting, I informed the renters office of this update immediately, over the last year and my floors are now a trip hazard throughout my home, I still have carpet in both bedrooms. I’ve asked to have them removed. They will not replace them. Never mind the fact that I’ve been here since 2018. Not sure how long the resident before me has been living here with this same carpet. The breeze way is also another thing that’s overwhelming. The condition I’m being forced to live in is unacceptable but rent is always paid fist week.

I don't like when I see those kids sitting on the mailbox and it being a lot of trash everywhere other than that everything's good then that everything is good

I’ve been out here for about 5 years now and I like, I used to love it actually. The neighbors over me are extremely loud, loud music at 3/4 in the morning, stomping, fighting, shooting. No type of consideration what so ever. Something needs to be done!

I have been putting in for my floors to be repaired for the longest. Multiple people been in to inspect and still haven’t been back .

I think it could be much better once it’s cleaned up trash, the hallways etc.the pool opening on time more presentable

Just need my AC unit fixed. Anything else I don’t many complaints. With the exception of a few neighbors upstairs that’s extremely loud at times but other than that. I’m okay

I would like my door fixed in my apartment

Something has to be done about someone patrolling and walking the buildings. We have residents that have guest on the premises with guns and it makes it unsafe us parents to let our kids out to play .
