Friendly, competent service

I thought things went well until I looked over the contract when I got home. People should not be surprised when they get home. The numbers all have to be upfront. I probably would not have agreed to this contract if I knew I had to pay so much at the end. I feel like someone pulled one over on me!I was told my lease would be 2599 down and 280.63 a month for 39 Months and .25 if I go over the mileage. The lease paperwork was never discussed. I said this on line paperwork is a lot to take in, so I called and talked to Matt Pittelkow, Matt said we can go over everything in the store. My down payment and monthly payments should be $13,543.57 total. I see the lease said my total is $15,657.94 and $395 more if I do not buy the vehicle, this was never talked about.

This was the second time I brought it in for this. The first time when I arrived at my appointment, I was told the appointment was made to replace the battery under the hood, so I drove back almost an hour. Only to reschedule and drive another hour back down there.I do not know about the multi point inspection?No real issue here however, I would have thought they could’ve charged my battery before I picked it up. The plus to the story is that they did refill my gas tank however to that a question if somebody drove at home and back.
