Great service

SHe was very nice, I am sure she was embarrassed about what happened with my car. it would have been nice if she had come out and talked right away about them forgetting to put oil in my car. And not let me sit and wonder what was taking so long. I am not sure they would have told me if I had not mentioned it first. I did get a documentation , it is a handcontrol car and it is not easy to get a rental, if I have problems.NO, First time time went well, but being they forgot to put in oil ,with having an oil change ,I would say was not good. Second time they did get oil into my car. Long day.the pink Lemonade was great, Loved my calendar.The check out people were great, just took so long being there twice in one day .
