How about a free oil change rewards program or maybe some light snacks in the waiting area? :) The pop and coffee is a nice touch.Nice and friendly staff. Car buying and car service is just something most people already have somebody they feel comfortable with our use. I can honestly say where to buy a car or where to service a car never comes up amongst friends and family.

Friendly service. They were very clear about ability of what they could do on this appointment. (I had scheduled 2 services, but was thinking of adding a 3rd.) I appreciated that they were transparent, but also reassured me that it would be fine to add the 3rd service to my next appointment.

Dealership used to have vehicles vacuumed in the front seatWas not happy with the extra 3% charged on a credit card without being notified ahead of time. I did not have a debit card along or cash so I had no choice to pay the 3%Nobody asked to set up future appointments. Also did not go over other services needed soon until my car was already out of the shop

I’ve already explained my issuesMaintenance message was still displayed, oil change was not free as I believed it would be.This survey is too long and lacks customer empathyExpected work was not done without explanation and a second appointment is needed.I walked into the service department to let them know I was there.
