we really appreciate that you reached out several times to be sure we got our recall done.We were a bit surprised, though, our oil change on our outlander cost more than the oil change on our F350. We are rethinking that.🤔

No issues with the shop really. They had to order a water pump and I'm assuming it took longer to arrive than expected.Generally fine. No car wash (down due to weather - understandable). Didn't clear the "service needed" light/code. I was assuming after the water pump replacement, oil change, transmission service, etc. that shouldn't keep coming up.Really nice to have a waiting area. Staff was very kind and accommodating.They made it really easy to review recommended service and approve/decline. No issues with getting warranty coverage on applicable items.

NoEverything went mostly smooth and it was pretty fast

The steering wheel and gear shift had mechanic dirty hand residue on them. Very tacky feeling. A quick wipe down with a baby wipe/Clorox wipe would have cleaned it up. This is how I cleaned them before leaving the parking lotI continue to purchase and have maintenance done on my vehicles at WB Mitsubishi because of the customer service. The team does a very good job informing me of what needs to be addressed and the urgency of the fix when service is required. My last visit, WBM loaned me a vehicle to use since the work needed on my vehicle required more time. I really appreciated this offer.
