They left my car in front of the store which should have been convenient. However, there was a car in front of me and a car behind do very difficult to get out of the semi circle drive in front.I just think the receptionist is typically the first point of contact and should create a more positive experience. But the service department is great.Service department was great. However, the woman working in the dealership was about as unpleasant as could be. Chalking it up as she was having a bad day, but I certainly did not feel welcomed.

I have a white leather interior. The service rep or driver should have put a towel on my drivers seat.Very professional team. Very comfortable waiting area. They even washed my car after service!

Mainly angry with you about the check-in processSee aboveNaI’m very disappointed in your check-in and that you had to question me and my car and the ownership. You should just do the oil change! You are the ones that sent me the couponYou are being very difficult. I had my son call to make an appointment and you wouldn’t take my car. I had a coupon from you for my car. I wanted an oil change. And I was gonna have my son take it in and you wouldn’t take it because it wasn’t me! Not cool.See above.

Who cares if I love in Minnetonka, this is where I bought my car and the only place I'll bring it for now on. You have an original mechanic what actually knows what he's talking about.
