Great service, and was fairly quick.

online scheduling did not work. no appointment was in dealer system after making appointmentlittle things like either set clock or inform customer that things need to be reset. seat is never put back where it was. Other little things loke hand prints and feet marks on plastic/door trim sometimes happens.cuz nobody is perfect

The service department exceeded my expectations on my visit. I had a couple of issues that were possibly not covered under warranty and they took care of the issue. They also noticed a minor issue with a molding that eventually would have needed to be replaced but that most likely would have occurred after the warranty period.

The advisor supervisor should check in more at the customer. Let him know how long the car is gonna be instead of not checking in at all until the end of the till then when the car is done.Cause you need to come and let you know what’s going on with the car more often than than at the end of the end of the time
