Overall I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the effort made to assist me during my visit. The team was courteous and the process was generally smooth. I especially want to acknowledge the time taken to answer my questions and explain the vehicle options. That said, I believe there is room for improvement in communication and follow-up, as there were moments where clarity or response time could have been better. Improving this would make the overall experience even stronger for future customers

Four days to get the part which was ordered last Tuesday. No update on when the repair is started or when I can get my car back.The response time to find out what is wrong with the car, part availability, and an update.poor communication on when the part came in or when the car work will be started. no update as of yet. This survey is a bit pointless when you still have my car.Still dont have my car and I only have one vehicle. I had to borrow one from family..Timely communication with the customer when a car is dropped off for service. When a customer calls in at 10am and doesnt get a call back until the end of the day to find out what is wrong with their car. And then has to make last minute arrangements to rent or borrow a car until the repairs are doneStill dont have my car or an ETA.
