Whenever I have come in for service it has gone smoothly.I've been happy with my experience.

The service is always great. I just have a quick question that has nothing to do with the service department. I receive emails with coupons for oil changes but you do not let me use them on my current vehicle because the VIN number does not match. The coupon is for a vehicle I have not owned for years. How come I never receive oil change coupons for the current vehicles I own that were all purchased from you? Just curious.

I was able to work while my car was getting an oil change and the advisor was just so lovely, as always.
