my only feedback for my current vehicle concern is how hard it is to have a bad or going bad car battery be shown to be bad. I trust my consumer bought battery testers over the proclaimed expensive professional tester the shop has at this point. The way advisors deal with car battery issues is inconsistent as well. some will hold to the shop testers results for warranty while others say the shop tester will often show a bad battery good and do something else. I wont give names as I dont fault anyone for doing thsir job to the best of their ability. But I can attest to employees stating a truely bad battery that wont run a car will still show good on the shop tester.. Ive had a rediculous amount of warranty replacements with my two mitsubishi’s since 2023. I have yet to have an OE battery in my 19 OS last over 18 months before showing over charging/off behavior of voltage with higher current and never relaxing once car is warm. While the shop tester would still show it good, my own testers and various consistent voltage meters would show it having erratic behavior and need replacing. Im on the third battery in 3 yrs. in the OS And the 24’ eclipse cross had a bad battery by november 2024 (bought july i think of same year with 9,xxx mi.) at 16,224 miles and with the experience with oe in my OS, I paid extra for a AGM in the EC. It too has had 3-4 instances of sudden dead battery while testing “good”. just a couplr weeks ends ago with 80 degrees, it couldnt sit 48 hours without dropping to 6.1 volts and nothing but door locks working. it had a remote start installed by WBM and it has accessories plugged into the front power port that shuts off with ignition. The car simply cannot sit for more than 24-36 hours without losing enough juice to power remote start, and any longer to start period. Its been frustrating. makes me regret buying a dealer used/runner vehicle. Also, yes before the remote start install it had the same dead battery random issue. Alas the battery and alternator always test fine.. but my home tester following its instructions for load etc show it over charges the battery on occasion. So Im at a loss. Next batteries will probably be a Optima if the money is available, but thst might not help the EC problem as the current battery is an oreillys AGM 640 cca.I called for appt. I font like the google setup for appointmentsbecause nobody or place is perfect.

White Bear Mitsubishi used to vacuum out the vehicle after every service. I guess that’s no longer done either.Please see initial comments. The dealership has cut back on many complimentary services and makes me concerned about the financial wellbeing of White Bear Mitsubishi. I hope you guys will remain in business.
