Skipped this because we were already 90 mins and I had to be back near home to get children from school.See previous comments. Everyone is always very kind and courteous. It’s the extended wait times that become so frustrating.Would recommend for cars and oil changes but service for repairs or recalls is always so long. 30 min recall repair taking greater than 90 mins. Was informed all service times are 2 hrs. I drive more than 45-50 mins one way and then sit for extended periods for services when I have a specified appt time.
