I have a white leather interior. The service rep or driver should have put a towel on my drivers seat.Very professional team. Very comfortable waiting area. They even washed my car after service!

Mainly angry with you about the check-in processSee aboveNaI’m very disappointed in your check-in and that you had to question me and my car and the ownership. You should just do the oil change! You are the ones that sent me the couponYou are being very difficult. I had my son call to make an appointment and you wouldn’t take my car. I had a coupon from you for my car. I wanted an oil change. And I was gonna have my son take it in and you wouldn’t take it because it wasn’t me! Not cool.See above.

Thank you for still being a good business with caring, staff who get it. I sure hope you take good care of themListened, through, cared after my horrible experience somewhere else. Who cares if I love in Minnetonka, this is where I bought my car and the only place I'll bring it for now on. You have an original mechanic what actually knows what he's talking about. The workers at others shops don't know and don't care

Kobe and Matt in particular were really great to work with. Kobe was very responsive to questions before we came to look at a vehicle without pressuring us. He had the pre-owned vehicle we had called about ready to look at and walked us through it. He took the time to talk about our priorities and goals for payments and after listening suggested a new vehicle without pressuring us 0% financing might meet our goals better. It was the better deal for us. We really appreciated how he listened and got us to the best option for us. Matt was helpful with providing financing options and also talking us through extended warranty. We felt very good about their help and the entire experience.Everyone we talked to was, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. It made the buying experience easy and stress free. We really felt the team was there to meet our needs.
